I had an incredible stay at The Tasman! The attention to detail in the housekeeping was exceptional. My room was spotlessly clean and the beds were made to perfection every day. The comfort level was off the charts! The staff went above and beyond, surpassing my expectations. Their attitudes, professionalism, and training truly made for an exceptional experience. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

While my overall experience was fantastic, there were a few drawbacks. the parking situation was a bit inconvenient.

It has best possible and comfy location only a short distance to Waterfront.

This hotel is a great value for the money, especially considering its central location right in the heart of the city. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms, with their stunning views of the harbor, were well-appointed and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the water. Plus, having breakfast included was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to start our day off right.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

Absolutely nothing.

This hotel is a gem, located close to all the attractions we wanted to see. From the doorstep, we could walk to the Saturday Salamanca markets, and there were many great cafes nearby too. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was stunning. With a luxurious king-size bed, high ceilings, and a working fireplace, it was a feast for the eyes! The buffet breakfast was exquisite, and the high-tech touch screens for lighting and blinds a definite advantage.

The hotel's restaurant and dining area could be improved for the high price paid.

Arriving at this hotel was a stunning experience: staff kindly welcomed me with a glass of champagne, and I instantly felt at home. The contemporary decor is elegant yet cozy, and the service was impeccable. My room was equipped with exclusive amenities, including an electric blackout blind and a comfy bed with luxurious pillows that provided a restful sleep. The location is excellent, within walking distance from the city center.

Although my stay was exquisite, there was a minor issue with the service. Room service was slow to answer my call for assistance;

I loved everything about my stay, from the convenient location in walking distance to the restaurants of Salamanca Place and the Saturday markets, to the friendly and accommodating staff. My room was spotless and the hotel facilities were excellent.

This hotel stay was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the dinner service was fantastic. The bar had a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a post-dinner drink or dessert. The cleanliness of the room and comfort of the bed were impressive.

The room rates were a bit high, and although there was no swimming pool or spa, it wasn't a huge issue. The only downside was that you could hear some noise from other guests' showers and flushing toilets, which was a bit annoying but didn't affect my overall experience.

Everything was perfect!

My New Year's stay exceeded my expectations. The staff was outstanding and could not have been more accommodating. The location was prime - right by the harbor and in close proximity to great restaurants and shops. The room was exceptionally clean and very well equipped with everything we needed, including a breathtaking view. we enjoyed an excellent dining experience and cocktail bar within the hotel's complex.

While we found the bed to be comfortable, we would have preferred traditional bedding as opposed to a quilt. , we were disappointed that there was no pool on the property.

The rooms at The Tasman were lovely and cosy, with a huge comfy bed and great amenities. The bathroom was amazing and the views were fantastic. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. We loved the Salamanca Market, restaurants, cafes, waterfront, and shopping that were right at our doorstep. The concierge provided us with great tips and advice for short drives, and the staff were all very friendly. Peppina restaurant had incredible food and excellent service. Highly recommend the crostini!

Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints at all.
